Devi Mamak and the Caravan Band is a world fusion ensemble who perform original compositions and arrangements with a classical/ jazz flair. The band is lead by classically trained pianist, composer and world renowned modern fusion belly dancer, Devi Mamak.

Devi has combined her knowledge of classical music, her fascination with jazz and her love of world music to compose and arrange original new music that is mysterious, eclectic, passionate and multilayered. Sometimes soothing to soul and sometimes eminently danceable.

Each band member brings a wealth of talent and knowledge to this ensemble and helps to create a truly unique and wonderful soundscape.

The band members are excited to have recently released their first album Ouroboros in 2022 and have performed to sold out shows in around Sydney including LIVE at the Village jazz festival.
